1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Stampsense ("Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Stampsense provides tools to create, manage, and use professional email signatures. Features may include signature design, templates, organization branding, team management, analytics, and browser extensions. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and update it as needed.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws or third-party rights.
Upload or distribute content that is defamatory, offensive, infringing, or harmful.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or build a competing product using the Service without our written permission.
Resell or sublicense the Service except as explicitly permitted (e.g., organization plans).

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

5. Your Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create (e.g., signature text, images, logos). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

Stampsense, our logos, and the look and feel of the Service are our intellectual property. You may not use them without our prior written consent except as necessary to use the Service.

6. Subscription and Payment

Some parts of the Service may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be shown at sign-up or in the app. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change prices with advance notice; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAMPSENSE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS IF GREATER).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stampsense and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access or account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with notice where required. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless we agree to another dispute-resolution process.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
